How do I book?
You may book by telephone, email and text. All bookings will be confirmed back to you.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We offer flexible payment terms to suit your budget. A small deposit secures your booking. All deposit bookings will be confirm in writing.
How do I pay?
You may pay your deposit by cheque or Paypal.
Written confirmation will then be sent to you. Cheque payments 10 days in advance of pick-up. Payment otherwise is cash on the day. We also accept Euros at the rate one to one. Receipts are given.
What if our flight is delayed?
We monitor your flights progress and wait for your arrival.
How do I meet the driver at the airport?
You will have the mobile number of the driver meeting you to call when you have cleared Customs. Alternatively we can arrange ‘meet & greet’ in the terminal.
What vehicle will I travel in?
Mostly you will travel in our comfy 8 seat Ford Tourneo giving you plenty of leg room and space for baggage.
Do you have child seats?
We can supply child and booster seats or you can bring your own and we will look after them until your return.
Can I book an ‘empty-leg’ in conjunction with a normal fare transfer?
Yes of course.
Your journey matters to us
- Our primary concern is the comfort and safety
of all our customers.
- We will time our transfers to take this into account along with your requirements, weather and traffic conditions
- If you wish to stop en-route that’s fine as long as we allow sufficient time to reach your destination.
- In general any journey over 3 hours will have a 20 minute stop en-route.
